Speech Language Pathologist in Beaumont, CA
A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school setting in Beaumont, CA. This role focuses on providing speech therapy services to support the communication needs of elementary students during the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students with identified communication disorders
- Utilize teletherapy methods as appropriate to supplement in-person sessions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in school meetings and provide input on student IEPs and goals
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred
- Experience working in school-based settings with elementary-aged children
- Proficiency in teletherapy practices for delivering remote speech therapy services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students and collaborate effectively with staff and families
