BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in Palm Beach, FL. In this full-time role, you’ll provide high-quality speech and language services to PreK–12 students and support the professional growth of Clinical Fellows (CFYs) through supervision. SLPA applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students

Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFYs) in school-based practice
-
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school/district procedures
-
Participate in IEP meetings and school-based initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
-
Active Florida SLP license through the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology

Experience in school-based settings preferred
-
Ability to supervise CFYs and provide mentorship

Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
Background check and drug screening required
