Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current state licensure/certification for school-based SLP practice
- Bilingual endorsement required
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with diverse student populations
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and related service professionals
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Assess students, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement personalized interventions
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for multidisciplinary planning
- Consult with families to support carryover of skills into the home environment
