Hours per Week: 37.5 (Paid)
Daily Start Time: Between 8:15 AM and 8:45 AM (Dependent on assignment)
Daily End Time: After 8 hours (Dependent on assignment)
School Building(s): To be determined (Serving one of 5 campuses)
Caseload: Approximately 50 students
Population: Kindergarten through 8th Grade (Dependent on assignment)
Teletherapy: Not available
Assistant (SLPA): Position is for a licensed SLP only; no assistant support available
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Pacifica, CA, for the 2025-2026 school year. The SLP will provide direct therapy services to students from Kindergarten through 8th grade across one of our five campuses. This is a full-time, paid position with a caseload of approximately 50 students.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver individual and group speech and language therapy sessions to assigned caseload.

Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.

Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required.

Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple grade levels.
Qualifications

Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.

Experience working with school-age children, preferably K-8th grade.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students effectively.

Commitment to working on-site (no teletherapy option).
