Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Milton, Florida. This is a full-time position working with PreK–5th grade students, providing speech therapy services and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help students reach their communication goals.
This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with elementary students and values a team-oriented environment with ongoing support.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs

Provide direct therapy and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members

Maintain documentation and meet compliance requirements
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Florida SLP license (required)
-
Florida DOE certification (preferred)

Previous school-based experience preferred, but CFs are encouraged to apply
