Speech-Language Pathologist in Thousand Oaks, CA
This full-time, on-site position in Thousand Oaks, CA offers a rewarding opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting for the current school year (CSY). The role requires an experienced candidate licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California, with a Certification of Completion and preferably holding a California Teacher Credential (CTC). Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to K-12 students on campus
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding speech and language goals
- Participate in meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California SLP licensure with Certification of Completion
- CTC credential is highly desirable
- Proven experience working in school settings K-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
