This onsite position, located in Van Nuys, CA, requires expertise and a valid California Teaching Credential (CTC). The contract runs through the current school year, with a caseload of approximately 40 students, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners’ communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services tailored to preschool-aged students.
- Collaborate with educational teams and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
- Serve as an advocate for students’ communication needs in a supportive school environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- California Teaching Credential (CTC) required.
- Proven experience working in school settings, ideally with preschool populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with educators and families.
Location and Schedule:
- Onsite position in Van Nuys, CA.
- Hours from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM.
- Contract duration: Immediate start with end date on June 5, 2025.
