A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for an elementary school setting in Oxnard, CA. This onsite position involves managing an elementary caseload and requires a commitment for the current school year (CSY) under a contract arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student progress
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification/license appropriate for school settings
- Experience working with elementary age children preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and procedures
