Key Qualifications:
- Current license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Alabama
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required

- Effective communication abilities for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop targeted treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Adjust and adapt therapy approaches to meet each student's unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
- Flexibility to support various caseloads, with assignments to be confirmed during the interview process
