School Speech Therapist - Andover, Minnesota
This full-semester contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services within a K-12 educational setting located in Andover, MN. The role focuses on supporting the communication needs of students to enhance their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to effective communication strategies within the school community.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Experience providing SLP services in K-12 school settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones and disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
