Speech-Language Pathologist in Andover, MN
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the current school year. This on-site, school-based role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic educational setting in Andover, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and support to students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or valid credentials as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-12.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
