Minnesota Virtual SLP Remote Inclusion Facilitator
We are hiring a 1099 Remote SLP to support inclusive practices for students with communication needs in Minnesota schools. This role emphasizes collaboration with general educators to support students in mainstream classrooms. You’ll integrate therapy into real-life contexts while promoting classroom participation and equity.
Responsibilities:

Provide push-in virtual therapy or consultation to general education settings.

Collaborate with classroom teachers to embed language goals in instruction.

Conduct screenings and support in-class observations virtually.

Develop IEPs with inclusive service models.

Support classroom accommodations for speech/language needs.

Train teachers on communication-friendly practices.

Track data on student participation and goal progress.

Attend virtual IEP and team planning meetings.

Use co-teaching models when appropriate in teletherapy.

Adjust therapy based on student needs and curriculum topics.

Promote peer communication and collaboration.

Advocate for inclusive communication supports during transitions.

Ensure services meet Minnesota inclusion policy guidelines.

Maintain FERPA-compliant collaboration with staff.

Create therapy plans linked to grade-level standards.

· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
