A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2026-2027 school year to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide vital speech and language services within a K-12 school setting located in Kiel, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders across all grade levels K-12.
- Deliver direct intervention and therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of student performance, progress, and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing comprehensive educational plans.
Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Prior experience working as an SLP in a school environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children and adolescents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage students and collaborate with school staff.
