Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity
Location: Osceola, Indiana
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Contract: Current School Year
Setting: One PK–6 Building
A school in Osceola, IN is looking to bring on a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students for the remainder of the academic year. This role serves a single elementary campus with a wide range of communication needs, including a life skills program.
Position Summary
The SLP will provide direct and consultative speech services, complete evaluations, participate in IEP planning, and work closely with staff across the building. A dedicated therapy room is provided, and the district does not assign additional non-therapy duties.

Services follow a 3:1 model, typically 3–6 sessions per student monthly

Essential Responsibilities

Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy

Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility and IEP documentation

Maintain consistent progress monitoring and compliance documentation

Collaborate with teachers, support teams, and families

Provide communication supports within general education, special education, and life skills environments
Required Credentials

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Indiana SLP license
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Experience with Autism, AAC, or life skills programming is beneficial
