Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – High School & Elementary Support
Location: Schools within one mile of each other (High School and some Elementary)
Schedule: 35 hours/week, 7:45 a.m. – 2:20 p.m.
Start Date: End of August 2025 (First day of school: September 3)
Caseload: Moderate severity; primarily grades 9–12 with some elementary support possible
About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. This position provides speech therapy services mainly to high school students (grades 9–12) with moderate communication needs, with occasional support for elementary students. Our schools are conveniently located within one mile of each other, so minimal travel between sites is required.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students

Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Participate in team meetings and IEP meetings as needed
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid state SLP license or certification
-
Experience working with moderate caseloads in school settings preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

School day is 7:45 a.m. – 2:20 p.m., 35 hours/week
