Qualifications:
- Current and valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Experience working with children or within educational settings is highly desirable
- Commitment to collaborative work with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals and district standards
- Deliver therapy sessions either one-on-one or in small groups, tailored to each student
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support holistic student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for strategies and accommodations
