Role Summary
As a certified SLP (CCC) in the Tavares, FL area, you will assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students, working closely with IEP teams to develop and implement individualized plans that enhance student success.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Track student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Requirements (Florida)
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active Florida state licensure or eligibility
• Previous school-based experience preferred
