Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Orinda, CA
A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in California to serve students in two school settings—one elementary and one middle school—located in Orinda, CA. This role is onsite and involves a caseload of up to 55 students, currently serving 48, primarily supporting children’s communication development across diverse learning environments. The position runs from ASAP through the next school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students with varied communication challenges
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to tailor interventions
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
- California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status preferred
- Experience working with school-age populations in therapeutic settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage a caseload efficiently
Schedule & Location:
- Onsite role at two school sites in Orinda, California
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week
