Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP-CCC certification
- Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
- Ability to tailor therapy to various age groups and developmental stages
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students overcome communication barriers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Provide direct intervention individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and professional development
- Offer guidance, resources, and support to parents and staff regarding speech/language-related concerns
