Exciting Opportunity: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a progressive school district to recruit a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This role involves providing essential speech and language support services across several school campuses, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuity of care.
The district is proactively preparing for a staff change, as one SLP is scheduled to leave mid-year. To ensure a smooth transition and consistent support for students, the incoming clinician will collaborate closely with the current therapist during an overlap period.
Position Summary

Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Work Environment: Multiple school sites within the district

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, during standard school hours

Start Date: Start of the 2025–2026 school year

Service Delivery: Primarily on-site, with teletherapy (VOCO) options considered
Ideal Candidate Profile

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or valid SLPA credential

Current or eligible state licensure prior to start date

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required

Experience in school settings preferred

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage caseloads at multiple locations efficiently
