Located in Ooltewah, TN, this contract opportunity offers a full-time role for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working primarily with elementary school students. This position provides a focused environment to apply clinical skills in therapy, evaluations, and collaborative meetings within a school setting for the 2025-2026 school year (CSY).
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering effective speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language needs
- Participating in team meetings and providing input on student progress and treatment plans
- Managing caseloads across 1 to 3 campuses depending on student needs
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to facilitate student success
Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee SLP license
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Current Tennessee Department of Education (DOE) certification
- Experience working with elementary school age groups preferred
- Ability to manage caseload, organize paperwork, and coordinate with school personnel
This role requires on-site availability with no remote or hybrid options. The working hours range from 35 to 37.5 hours per week, with assignments starting as soon as possible and running through May 21, 2026.
