School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (Virtual Role) | Blount County, AL
Blazer Jobs is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services for a maternity leave coverage assignment in Blount County, Alabama.
This role is perfect for an experienced, tech-savvy SLP who enjoys delivering impactful services through a virtual platform while maintaining flexibility and professional support from a trusted team.
About the Role
The SLP will deliver online speech and language services to students, conduct assessments, and collaborate with educators and families to promote communication development and academic success.
You will:

Conduct virtual evaluations and speech-language therapy sessions

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Maintain compliance documentation and progress tracking

Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators via teleconference

Support students’ communication and participation in virtual learning environments
Qualifications
-
Active Alabama SLP License (required)

ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
-
Previous teletherapy experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and digital documentation skills

Reliable internet connection and proficiency with virtual platforms
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $35 – $45 per hour (based on experience and assignment)

Full-time W-2 contract | 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday
