ProCare Therapy is looking for dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve K–12 students in Alabama schools during the 2025–2026 academic year. As an SLP, you’ll evaluate communication needs, deliver individualized therapy, and collaborate with teachers and families to help students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Active Alabama SLP license (or eligibility through the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology)

  • Familiarity with IDEA and IEP processes

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans

Job Details:

  • Setting: K–12 public and charter schools throughout Alabama

  • Schedule: Full-time and part-time options

  • Start Date: August 2025

  • Employment Type: W-2 contract through ProCare Therapy

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, weekly direct deposit

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify student needs

  • Developing and implementing individualized speech therapy programs

  • Offering guidance to parents, teachers, and staff on communication strategies

  • Staying up-to-date on best practices in school-based speech-language services
