ProCare Therapy is seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve K–12 schools across Washington during the 2025–2026 school year. In this role, you’ll assess student needs, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams to foster academic and personal success.

Requirements:

  • Active Washington SLP license or eligibility through the Washington State Department of Health

  • Familiarity with IDEA and IEP compliance

  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, staff, and administrators

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments

  • Developing individualized treatment programs for students

  • Participating in IEP meetings and helping set student goals

  • Consulting with teachers and parents to support classroom success

  • Ensuring compliance with state and district policies

  • Setting: K–12 public and charter schools across Washington

  • Schedule: Both full-time and part-time options
