School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Shawnee, Kansas

Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in elementary through high school settings
- Manage caseloads spanning up to three campuses, with site assignments based on school needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving communication and language skills
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Appropriate licensure for school-based practice in Kansas
- Experience—at any level—in school-based SLP settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple school sites and adapt to changing caseload needs
