School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Olathe, Kansas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly desirable.
- Comfort managing caseloads of 18-23 students, with potential for early childhood involvement.
- Flexibility to work across 1-3 campuses during the assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to assigned caseloads in specialized programs.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive academic environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with state and district requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals as needed.
