ProCare Therapy is working with school districts across Kansas to hire qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year. Position Summary
SLPs in Kansas schools help evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs that impact their educational progress. You’ll work collaboratively with educators and families to support IEP development and provide targeted interventions.
Openings available in districts near Wichita, Kansas City, Topeka, Overland Park, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders

Deliver individual and group therapy based on IEP goals
-
Track and report student progress according to Kansas DOE standards
-
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administrators
-
Adapt treatment strategies to meet students’ changing needs
Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Kansas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY welcome to apply

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Strong understanding of IEP processes and IDEA guidelines
