Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Location: Ogletown, DE
Position Type: Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year

Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, school-based position providing direct and consultative services to students with speech, language, and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in individual or small-group settings, conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication skills.
Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development as required.
Provide consultation and support to teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Delaware State SLP License (or ASHA Certification).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule & Employment Details:

Full-time position for the 2025–2026 school year.
Follows the school calendar (Monday–Friday, daytime hours).
