Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Odenville, AL

Key qualifications we’re seeking:
- Valid SLP state license and educator certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with caseloads spanning grades 1-12 is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Role responsibilities include:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Deliver individual and group speech-language services for students with diverse needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support communication goals across settings
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state policies
- Provide guidance, resources, and training to school staff as needed
