Speech-Language Pathologist Oceanside, CA Elementary Caseload
Position Overview
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Oceanside, CA. This role is available as either full-time or part-time and will focus on an elementary caseload for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services to elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs

Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP development

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring

Support students across varying levels of need within the elementary setting
Qualifications

Active California SLP license and/or ASHA CCC-SLP (required)
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $60 to $75 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
