About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Speech?Language Pathologist to join our team in Sebastopol, serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This is a full?time, full school year position, working onsite to support communication goals across multiple grade levels.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to K?12 students, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related supports.

Deliver therapy in various settings (pull?out, push?in, small group, classroom) as needed.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.

Participate in school meetings and contribute to student success plans.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech?Language Pathology or equivalent (as required by state licensure).

Valid California SLP license or credential.

Experience working in a school setting preferred.

Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and working with diverse student populations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
