Speech Language Pathologist in Sanford, FL
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a dynamic K-12 school setting, focusing on early childhood education from PreK through 2nd grade. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language evaluations and therapy tailored to the needs of PreK to 2nd-grade students
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with professional and state regulations
- Participate in meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Professional Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Florida Department of Health (DOH) license required; ability to provide verification of licensure
- Experience working with early childhood populations is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
Location and Schedule:
