Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (DCA)
- California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in SLP Services required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered with supervision provided
- Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience in educational settings is desirable but not required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in a diverse K–12 district
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress, collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for colleagues on communication disorders
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Travel SLPs are welcome and encouraged for on-site roles
