This opportunity is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support middle school students within a K-12 educational setting in Palo Alto, CA. This full-time, onsite contract position runs from ASAP through May 25, 2026, providing the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication development and academic progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students in middle school, addressing a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to meet students’ evolving needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations regarding student care
Qualifications:
- Valid California license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
- Experience working with middle school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
