Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Oakland, CA - Elementary Setting
Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing company, is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Oakland. This position is based in an Elementary School, and we are looking for a qualified professional who is ready to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Providing direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CA state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals and staff members
