Sunbelt Staffing is excited to partner with a student-focused school district near Oak Harbor, Washington, seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position for the 2025–2026 academic year. Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-time speech and language services to K–12 students

Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, fluency, expressive and receptive language, and voice disorders

Work closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to ensure tailored student support

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed progress documentation

Deliver in-person therapy services at a school site near Oak Harbor, WA

Caseload and placement specifics will be discussed during the interview
Qualifications:

Current (or eligible) Washington state SLP or SLPA license

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
-
Dedication to fostering students’ academic and social growth
-
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
