Role Responsibilities
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to ensure students achieve their goals
- Maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and reporting as required by the school
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Adjust interventions and strategies as needed to address student needs throughout the school year
