Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Near Norwood, PA
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $40 - $58 per hour (based on experience)
Caseload: Open to candidate's preference

Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking dedicated professionals to support students in elementary and middle school settings. This role focuses on speech, language, and communication development to help students build confidence in their abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with communication challenges.
- Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into daily learning.
- Maintain accurate progress reports and documentation following school and state guidelines.
- Utilize engaging, research-based techniques to make therapy fun and effective.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
- Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification required.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply – strong supervision available!
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
