Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with school-age children, particularly in an elementary school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and tailor interventions to individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized goals and therapy plans in accordance with each child’s IEP
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintain clear records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student growth
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations or modifications as needed
- Promote a positive, supportive environment that encourages students to participate and succeed

- 8-week leave coverage beginning mid-October
- Full-time, on-site position at an elementary school
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students
- Scheduled hours: 9:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
