Job Title: Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist – K-12 Schools
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide in-person support to K-12 students in a school setting. This is a W-2 contracted position offering flexible scheduling options, professional support, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in students’ lives through high-quality, hands-on therapy.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals and assessment results
• Provide direct in-person therapy services to students across grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with educational teams
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices
