Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | North St. Paul, MN
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time opportunity with school districts in the North St. Paul, Minnesota area. Requirements:
All applicants must meet the following state and local criteria:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Minnesota SLP license issued by the Minnesota Department of Health
-
Licensure through the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) for school-based SLPs
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred but not required
-
Fingerprint background check and district-specific clearances as required
-
Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
Typical Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned with student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility
-
Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and classroom success
-
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing appropriate speech/language goals
