Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position with school districts in the North St. Paul, Minnesota area. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting student success through targeted speech and language services.
Position Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must meet all Minnesota state and local requirements, including:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License through the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH)
-
Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) License for working in public schools
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred; CFY candidates will also be considered

Must successfully complete background checks and fingerprinting as required by the school district
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
-
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress tracking, and compliance documentation
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
