Role Summary
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an SLP-CCC seeking a focused, school-based role with a consistent daily schedule. The position spans two campuses, serving primarily Pre-K and early elementary students in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
The district has a clear service structure in place, making this an ideal assignment for clinicians who enjoy jumping in and providing immediate impact.
Student Population & Caseload

Total caseload distributed across two sites

Early childhood (Pre-K) and elementary-aged students

Mix of push-in classroom support and direct therapy

Services delivered during standard school-day hours only
Weekly Breakdown:

3 days/week: Elementary setting

2 days/week: Early Learning Center (push-in model across classrooms)
Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services

Support IEP service minutes and documentation

Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines

Maintain organized service records and progress notes
Required Credentials

Active RI Speech-Language Pathology License (CCC)

RI Department of Education Certification

Ability to begin work promptly upon clearance
