ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in North Providence, RI. This contract begins in October 2025 and continues through the end of the school year, serving middle and high school students (Grades 6–12). You’ll provide therapy focused on communication, language, and social skills critical to academic success for adolescents.
Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply. Supervision and mentorship will be provided for CFs.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for middle and high school students

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
-
Address communication needs including:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic/social communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families
Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Rhode Island SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply (supervision available)

Experience working with middle and high school populations is a plus
