An exciting full-time contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary school students at multiple campuses in Benton, AR. This role involves providing specialized speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 36-40 preschool students across 3-4 campuses. The contract term extends through the current school year, with a commitment ending in May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy interventions to preschool-aged students.
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent consultations as needed.
- Manage a caseload of 36-40 students, ensuring each receives appropriate and goal-oriented therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid SLP license; Candidates who are certified and currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
