The position involves working onsite in Benton, AR, supporting students across 3-4 campuses with a caseload of 36-40 preschool students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to preschool students in compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Participate in meetings with parents and school personnel regarding student goals and therapy outcomes
- Adhere to all licensing and regulatory requirements governing SLP practices in school settings
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working in schools with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 36-40 students across multiple campuses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families
- Candidates with Clinical Fellowship Certification (CCC-SLP) status are considered; however, supervision for SLP Clinical Fellows is not available
- Position does not accept Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
