Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of 36-40 students aged preschool through elementary
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating effective intervention plans
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license required; supervision for SLP-CFY candidates is not available
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to provide onsite therapy services only; no remote or hybrid options
- Must be able to manage a caseload across 3-4 campuses
Location: Conway, Arkansas
Duration: Contract through May 21, 2026
Schedule: 35 hours per week
