A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year in North Las Vegas, NV, supporting K-12 students across multiple school locations. This contract role, running from January 5, 2026, through May 22, 2026, requires on-site commitment, with no virtual or hybrid options.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) required
- Active Nevada Department of Education certification
- Active Nevada SLP license
- Clinical Fellowship Pathway (SLP-CF) candidates considered; preference for SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Ability to commit to full-time hours, no part-time work available
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services and maintain detailed records of interventions and progress
- Adapt strategies and materials to meet diverse student needs across various caseloads
- Participate in team meetings and comply with district policies and procedures
Location: North Las Vegas, Nevada (various schools within the district)
