Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding school-based opportunity in a supportive, student-focused environment?
We’re hiring a part-time SLP (20 hours/week) to join a dedicated educational team in North Lakewood, WA, starting September 3, 2025 and continuing through the end of the school year (June 16, 2026). This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for flexibility, work-life balance, and the chance to make an impact on students’ communication and academic success.

Position Details:

Start/End Dates: 9/3/25 – 6/16/26

Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule possible)

Caseload: School-based (specific grade levels and numbers to be confirmed)

Location: North Lakewood, Washington

Employment Type: Contract or direct hire
Responsibilities Include:

Conducting speech/language screenings, evaluations, and assessments
-
Developing and implementing IEPs
-
Providing direct therapy to students with mild-moderate needs
-
Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff
-
Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Washington State SLP License (or eligibility)
-
ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate) required for WA school positions
-
School experience preferred, but not required
-
CFY supervision may be available depending on district

Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
