Blazer Jobs is partnering with a collaborative school district in North Kansas City, MO to hire a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for the current school year. This full-time onsite position serves a diverse caseload across elementary, early childhood, and high school levels, primarily supporting students in specialized programs such as those for Autism.
Job Requirements:

Active Missouri Speech-Language Pathology license required

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Experience with AAC devices and Autism support programs is helpful

Previous school-based experience preferred
Job Duties:

Provide speech and language therapy to students in specialized programs and general education

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Manage a caseload averaging: High School (25–35), Early Childhood (25), Elementary (25–35)

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
